Joy Neva brings over 20 years of experience in marketing communications and creative direction to the CarrSports team. She is the owner of Creative Identity, LLC, a full-service provider of marketing communications. Over the last 8 years, Joy has provided editing and creative direction in the development of vibrant presentation materials for CarrSports Consulting and its clients.

Her background in graphic design, visual communication, as well as leadership of Marketing Communications divisions within large manufacturing and sporting goods companies enables Joy to effectively align visual presentation and messaging.
