Carr had an established record of creative and sustained success in 12 combined years as Director of Athletics at the University of Florida and the University of Houston, and five years as a well-known and respected athletics consultant before that. These credentials immediately placed his new endeavor, CarrSports Consulting, LLC (formerly Carr Sports Associates Inc.) among the nation’s leaders in serving institutions and conferences within Intercollegiate Athletics.

Gerald K. O’Dell is in his 16th year as a management consultant for intercollegiate athletics, with primary focus on feasibility studies, strategic and business planning along with athletics program reviews for NCAA and NAIA institutions. O’Dell serves as the Project Coordinator.
Helen Grant’s main focus is Title IX compliance, as well as Athletics’ Gender Equity and Diversity planning. She has a diverse background in intercollegiate athletics, having started her athletic career at the University of Southern Mississippi where she coached for eleven years before serving nine years as an Assistant or Associate Athletic Director.
Brent Moberg provides expertise regarding NCAA legislative issues and rules compliance. Brent was named Director of Compliance for the Notre Dame Athletics Department.
Joy Neva brings 20 years of experience in marketing communications and creative direction to the CarrSports team. She is the owner of Creative Identity, LLC, a full service provider of marketing communications.
